Made from a special selection of apples grown in the lands of L’Empordà (Catalonia, Spain). This aged brandy brings all the qualities of distillation, in the style and traditions of French Calvados, as well as the process of double aging and aging in rum casks and later in sherry casks.
Taste: Thanks to its double aging stage, the taste is soft, with a slight sweetness, hints of wood and fruit. On tasting it is light, fiery and very balsamic.
