Foundation Cigars Highclere Castle Victorian Toro 6 х 52

Highclere Castle is a line that was launched in 2017 as a partnership between Foundation Cigar Co. and Highclere Castle Cigar Co. The idea was to create cigars in the style of the first decade of the 20th century, cigars that would have been enjoyed by the ancestors of George Herbert, the 8th Earl of Carnarvon and current owner of Highclere Castle and the surrounding area. In 2019, the new Highclere Castle Victorian was added to the line, with the wrapper leaf replaced with Ecuadorian Habano Maduro, which is harvested from the higher primes of the plant, heralding a stronger and more intense flavor. The Brazilian Mata Fina binder tobacco is the same as in the first Highclere, while the filler, which is from Nicaragua, has been enriched with new tobaccos. Both versions are produced at Tabacalera AJ Fernandez Cigars. These cigars are medium in strength, a symphony of flavors with a slight earthiness, some pepper, cedar, nougat, cinnamon and nuts. With a perfect burn and tight silver-white ash.
