The CLE Connecticut is the third cigar released by Christian Eiroa’s CLE company. The first two cigars CLE Corojo and CLE Cuarenta are two lines with all Honduran tobaccos, they were launched before the 2012 IPCPR trade show. The CLE Connecticut brings a new trend with the Connecticut Shade wrapper from Ecuador, which is something new to the portfolio of CLE and is the first of the three CLE blends that is not 100% Honduran tobacco. They are made in Honduras, and only the filler and binder tobacco is Honduran. They feature a perfect construction, a classic light brown shell color with a silky sheen. Light to medium and the flavors they reveal are of pepper, dried fruit and wood with added natural sweetness.
