Cristian Eiroa usually makes his cigars in Honduras, but the Chele is one of the first CLE cigars made in Nicaragua. Chele means “pale” or “blonde” in Latin America, and this refers to the Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper leaf, which is light brown in color with a golden hue. The filler and binding tobacco are from Honduras. These cigars are medium in strength, with a subtle opening of floral aromas complemented by spices and white pepper that develop into creamy wood and nutty aromas. Box-press shaped and with the typical Cle line look, wrapped in thin paper with Chele lettering at the bottom below the rings.
