The Wise Man Maduro cigars are a continuation of the “wise” and popular El Güegüense line. With them, company founder Nicholas Melillo brings a new emphasis to the line, adding a Mexican San Andrés Maduro wrapper to the Nicaraguan blend of fillers (from Esteli and Condega) and binder tobacco (Nicaraguan Corojo 99 from Jalapa). Medium to strong, with a flavor profile that delivers a finely balanced sweetness and the pleasant bitterness of chocolate and espresso, with notes of roasted nuts, leather, cashew and cocoa.
