The modern success of the brand is the result of the partnership between Ashton and the legendary Don Pepin Garcia, whose name is behind the blend and production in Estelí, Nicaragua. In 2012, \”Tabacalera Perdomo\” proudly presents the long-awaited new cigar \”Perdomo 20th Anniversary\”. Cigars created with great care on the occasion of 20 years since the company was founded. These cigars are made with the finest tobaccos grown in Perdomo’s most prestigious plantations in Esteli, Condega and the Jalapa Valley in Nicaragua.
A perfect combination of filler, binder tobaccos and wrapper (wrapper leaf) grown from Cuban seeds in the legendary valleys of Nicaragua. Carefully selected, the leaf-wrapping Ecuadorian Connecticut Shade is carefully aged for 8 years and then aged for an additional 8 months in bourbon barrels to develop the rich, creamy flavor. Light to medium, it offers a bouquet of aromas with warm notes of earth, cedar, pepper and a subtle spicy finish.

Carefully selected, the wrapping leaf – Nicaraguan Maduro, goes through fermentation and matures in barrels for a minimum of 14 months. So the barrel-aged wrappers are the perfect color and flavor, making each cigar flawlessly smooth from start to finish.
